Affiliate Program Manager

The Affiliate Program Manager will concentrate on utilizing both conventional and innovative channels to enhance customer acquisition. This role involves overseeing the daily functions of affiliate marketing and collaborating with various marketing teams.

Position Overview:

We seek an individual who is passionate, energetic, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating a proactive approach.

Role Summary:

The Affiliate Program Manager will actively pursue new affiliate partnerships to broaden our presence in the online performance marketing sector. You will manage affiliates on a daily basis, acting as a problem solver and contributing to business growth. This position requires thriving in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. Successful candidates should be self-driven, proficient in relationship management, and skilled in analyzing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, forecasting, and evaluation of the affiliate channel
  • Collaborate with the Affiliate Specialist to produce daily reports that include competitive analysis
  • Guide the Affiliate Specialist in all campaign operations, including landing pages, promotional codes, and creative assets
  • Take ownership of specific aspects of the channel with minimal oversight from senior management
  • Direct creative materials that align with the brand's objectives and messaging
  • Utilize current trends and research in both traditional and innovative marketing channels to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Participate in relevant internal meetings and cultivate sustainable relationships with key departments and leadership, including IT, merchandising, web, creative, finance, and legal.
  • Lead discussions with agencies, partners, and senior management as necessary
  • Coordinate with Display and Search teams to identify efficiencies in similar brand initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Strong comfort level with data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Proficient in computer applications, including the MS Office Suite
  • Technical knowledge of website functionality and online marketing operations (including tracking via URLs, pixels, etc.)
  • Experience with Excel, including data manipulation using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and team members, demonstrating sensitivity and support.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with actual compensation determined by experience and other legally permissible factors.
