  • Collaborate with the Manager to create a supportive environment that fosters independence and self-advocacy among residents.
  • Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals to provide exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and maintain weekly work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Monitor and document staff performance, attendance, and time management.
  • Verify the completion of treatment plans and ensure accurate documentation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License.
  • One (1) year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • AMAP certification required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities.
