Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Underwriting Support team at Randstad. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our underwriting team by reviewing insurance applications, managing files, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Insurance Application Review: Review and verify insurance applications and other risk submission documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • File Management: Maintain organized and accurate files for all accounts, including setting up and maintaining new files as part of account management.
  • Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from agents and customers in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Data Entry: Enter policy and account information into multiple internet-based systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Problem Solving: Research and resolve any errors or issues encountered during the underwriting process, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience is required, with a strong background in data entry, file management, and customer service.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
