Position Overview
The Financial Analyst in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team will assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, month-end reporting, variance analysis, customer profitability assessments, and other management reporting tasks. This role will collaborate with designated Sales and Operations teams to deliver financial insights and support the execution of operational and financial strategies.

Work Schedule
This position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with in-office requirements on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and circulate weekly revenue forecast reports for senior management review.
  • Conduct weekly revenue analysis, metric reporting, and provide commentary to support revenue results.
  • Generate ad-hoc revenue and expense reports as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to field teams.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process, analyzing forecast versus plan variances.
  • Create monthly PowerPoint presentations for the Monthly Business Review.
  • Support data gathering and consolidation for the annual budgeting process.
  • Participate in special projects and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance department.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with PowerPoint presentations and creating waterfall charts/graphs.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
