Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Representative to join our team. As a Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting customers, initiating the write-up process, and determining customer needs. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers, documenting information, and providing supporting documents to determine warranty coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and initiate the write-up process
  • Determine customer needs and convey information onto the repair order
  • Communicate with customers to document information and provide supporting documents
  • Assist with closing repair orders and answering incoming service phone calls
  • Maintain product knowledge as the liaison between the Service Department and the customer
Requirements
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and co-workers
  • Ability to pass physical and maintain a professional appearance
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds to the waist and 25 pounds to the shoulder
