Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Service Sales Representative to join our team in the Commerce City, CO area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the Denver, CO area to develop and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue goals and expand market share.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients to build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the [industry/service area] industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the Denver, CO market and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of $48,000, with additional monthly performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
