The South Adams County Water & Sanitation District (SACWSD) is committed to delivering accessible and sustainable water services to our community. We are currently in search of a Client Service Representative to join our Administrative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors to the Administrative office.
  • Process payments via cash, check, and credit card both in-person and over the phone.
  • Provide assistance to customers who contact the office.
  • Manage the collection and processing of payments.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to new or transferred water services.
  • Respond to inquiries about water service activations and deactivations.
  • Support customers with payment-related concerns.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding their water and wastewater accounts.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, along with cash handling skills, is essential.

Proficiency in computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required. Strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are necessary. Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $16.27 to $26.85, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The District covers 100% of medical and dental insurance premiums upon successful completion of wellness requirements, and offers additional benefits including vision, life/disability insurance, a 457 retirement savings plan, a pension plan, pet insurance, and access to discount partners.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo a drug screening and background check prior to employment.
