About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Show Me Your Mumu. As an E-commerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, ensuring their shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various channels, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and returning orders while maintaining a friendly and can-do attitude.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM and order systems.
  • Styling Advice: Create a fun shopping experience by providing styling advice to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-starter, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and partner with the leadership team to escalate any site or system-related issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team-building activities and regularly analyze and suggest improvements to the overall Show Me Your Mumu customer service experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 or more years of prior experience working in a customer care or call center environment.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MS Excel, and web-based systems (shipping system, ERP, and Shopify).
  • Education: Some college courses or High School Diploma or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Qualities: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, applies feedback to improve performance, meets or exceeds productivity standards, and is highly motivated with a natural sense of urgency.
