Seclore Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Vice President of Sales who is passionate about enhancing global security through the protection of sensitive digital assets.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for effectively positioning Seclore's innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at communicating our go-to-market strategies to senior executives within our client organizations. You will have the chance to showcase Seclore's product capabilities and articulate the value we bring to prospects, aligning our strengths with the needs of various departments and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage North American Sales Teams with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Oversee personnel management, pipeline development, territory planning, account planning, forecasting, and quota attainment.
  • Utilize your extensive network of industry contacts, including VAR resellers and distributors, to drive Seclore's sales strategy.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to secure new business opportunities and expand revenue within the assigned region.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to exceed booking and revenue goals.
  • Engage with decision-makers in key prospect accounts to foster relationships and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development, to enhance visibility and engagement with target accounts.
  • Work alongside partners to leverage their established relationships and account presence.
  • Maintain accurate and relevant prospect information using effective sales methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of successful solution sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity software or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and SaaS technologies, along with competitive offerings in the market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
  • Experience in target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build executive relationships and articulate Seclore's product and business strategies.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues systematically.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and work independently or as part of a team.
