Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement transformative business strategies for Intel Foundry's key customers.
- Establish operational frameworks and strategic plans, executing them to achieve targeted business and financial objectives.
- Negotiate complex commercial and manufacturing agreements within the foundry sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout all interactions, from initial assessment to final delivery.
- Define team structures and essential skill sets, leading recruitment efforts for business, operations, and technical personnel.
- Oversee customer demand forecasting, providing informed short- and long-term volume and revenue projections to meet supply and financial goals.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to maintain timely business insights.
- Anticipate customer needs and enhance satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Generate business reports and deliver insights to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of foundry operations, with a proven track record in complex business environments and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Comprehensive background in business and technical aspects of semiconductor product development and foundry services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in challenging and multifaceted environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven, passionate, and resilient.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates with non-technical degrees and a proven history of success in foundry business development will also be considered.
- 10-15+ years of experience in foundry business development, operations, sales, or customer relationship management.
This role is designed for experienced professionals and will follow a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between on-site and remote work arrangements based on business needs.
