Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at StepStone Hospitality Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain health and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast and dinner menus.
  • Supervise and assist dishwashers and pantry personnel.
  • Perform the duties of the Prep List schedule.
  • Assist with banquet preparation and maintain adequate supply of desserts.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Attend required meetings and adhere to all prepared written recipes.
Requirements
  • High school education and relevant training and experience preferred.
  • CPR training and first aid training preferred.
  • Additional language ability preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
