Temporary Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a temporary Payroll/Dispatcher to cover a maternity leave position for a 12pm – 6 pm shift for at least 8 months. This role has the potential to become full-time as time progresses. The Payroll/Dispatcher will be responsible for printing payee documents and delivering them to FedEx or USPS locations around four times a week. Additionally, they will assist in distributing payments to employees remotely, taking orders from the accountant and delivering them to designated courier locations once all payee documents are printed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work remotely from anywhere in the USA

• Possess strong documentation, data entry, telephone, and verbal communication skills

• Order Versa Check paper via reputable suppliers (e.g. Best Buy, Staples, Amazon) and be reimbursed for the cost

• Have a functioning colored or black and white printer

• Maintain an active internet connection

Job Type:

Part-time
