Key Responsibilities- Manage front desk operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to residents and guests.
- Coordinate with management and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor and maintain visual contact via camera system to ensure building security and safety.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front desk email.
- Announce leasing walk-ins, appointments, and move-ins, and direct to the appropriate department.
- Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures, and coordinate with leasing and management staff as needed.
- Accept maintenance requests from residents and enter into Yardi if applicable.
- Call designated on-call maintenance personnel for emergencies and inform residents of the expected arrival time and name.
- Respond and document all noise complaints, pet violations, resident amenity areas violations, and resident/guest violations.
- Log and tag any parking violations, and call the tow company when applicable.
- Pull keys for residents/vendors/guests as needed.
- Organize, log, and mark packages.
- Keep lobby area and front desk clean and organized.
- Assist leasing and management staff with administrative tasks.
- Maintain open communication with Property Manager and other community staff.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively and professionally present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in online/technological systems.
- Ability to lift/move up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs without assistance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must complete and pass Fair Housing training (provided).
- Sick time accrual.
