Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Concierge to join our team at Faros Properties. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to residents and guests.
  • Coordinate with management and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain visual contact via camera system to ensure building security and safety.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage front desk email.
  • Announce leasing walk-ins, appointments, and move-ins, and direct to the appropriate department.
  • Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures, and coordinate with leasing and management staff as needed.
  • Accept maintenance requests from residents and enter into Yardi if applicable.
  • Call designated on-call maintenance personnel for emergencies and inform residents of the expected arrival time and name.
  • Respond and document all noise complaints, pet violations, resident amenity areas violations, and resident/guest violations.
  • Log and tag any parking violations, and call the tow company when applicable.
  • Pull keys for residents/vendors/guests as needed.
  • Organize, log, and mark packages.
  • Keep lobby area and front desk clean and organized.
  • Assist leasing and management staff with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain open communication with Property Manager and other community staff.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in online/technological systems.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 10lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs without assistance.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must complete and pass Fair Housing training (provided).
