Key Responsibilities
As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving leasing success for our exceptional properties. Your duties will include:
- Effectively communicating the unique features and advantages of our properties while establishing strong relationships with potential renters.
- Guiding applicants through the leasing process, including the completion of applications and agreements.
- Assisting with minor cleaning tasks during move-outs and ensuring units are ready for new residents.
- Operating a golf cart for property tours as needed.
- Engaging in various physical activities such as sitting, standing, and walking.
- Occasionally lifting items weighing up to 15 lbs.
- Traveling between assigned properties as required.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to articulate property features effectively.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor that fosters a welcoming environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to follow up with potential renters, vendors, and residents.
