Job Overview:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4 or 5) to become a vital member of our Functional Excellence Business Operations team in Everett or Renton, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Statement & Work Authorization Manager
(Location: Everett or Renton)
Lead the Work Statement Authorization (WSA)/Work Statement Manager (WSM) Community of Excellence (CoE), overseeing processes, tools, and training related to work statements, particularly Directives/Memos.

Conduct thorough reviews of all work statements and develop training on work authorization processes. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.


Management System & Integration (MS&I)
(Location: Everett)
Oversee the VP of BCA Business Operations and Functional Excellence Management Systems, ensuring seamless integration across programs and functions.

Facilitate decision-making processes and operational rhythms, while coordinating between functional support teams and program teams to address interdependencies.

Engage in the Management System & Integration (MS&I) Community of Excellence to share knowledge and provide training to less experienced colleagues.

Support internal and external engagements for the Vice President and Functional Excellence Director.

This position requires 100% onsite presence at one of the specified locations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience interacting with senior and executive leadership.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within cross-functional teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Over 3 years of experience in data collection from various sources, conducting analysis, and presenting findings to executives.
- Over 3 years of experience collaborating closely with Programs/Functions, Operations, and Supply Chain.


Typical Education/Experience:
(Level 4) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
(Level 5) Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range:
(Level 4) $115,600-$156,400
(Level 5) $141,950-$192,050
