Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing and responding to phone calls, emails, and internal team chats to provide quotes, process shipping orders, and address various inquiries.
  • Ensuring meticulous attention to details such as dimensions, pickup locations, and specific instructions to meet customer requirements.
  • Contacting clients to arrange delivery schedules, communicate service delays, and provide timely updates.
  • Performing general administrative tasks and related duties.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Windows, MS Office, Google applications, and other computer-based tools.

Willingness to learn the software utilized to accomplish our objectives.


Technical Requirements:

The computer system should have a processor of 2.0 GHz or higher, preferably Intel Core 5/7, with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space. A secondary monitor for multitasking is essential, along with a noise-canceling headset and a wired internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
