Analista de Compensación en una empresa en crecimiento


Resumen del Trabajo:
Como Analista de Compensación, serás responsable de garantizar la precisión y la puntualidad en el procesamiento de nómina para un equipo de 630 empleados distribuidos en múltiples entidades.

Utilizando el software Paycom, gestionarás todos los aspectos de la administración de nómina, incluyendo, pero no limitado a, el control de tiempo, deducciones, impuestos y cumplimiento de las regulaciones pertinentes.

Tu atención al detalle, habilidades organizativas y capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno dinámico serán esenciales para asegurar la precisión y fiabilidad de la nómina.


Responsabilidades Clave:

Procesamiento de Nómina:
- Ejecutar actividades de procesamiento de nómina de principio a fin utilizando el software Paycom, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
- Verificar e ingresar datos de empleados, incluyendo nuevas contrataciones, terminaciones, ajustes salariales y otros cambios según sea necesario.
- Revisar registros de tiempo y resolver cualquier discrepancia o problema antes del procesamiento de nómina.
- Calcular y procesar embargos salariales, deducciones y otros ajustes de nómina con precisión.

Cumplimiento y Reportes:
- Mantenerse actualizado con las regulaciones fiscales de nómina a nivel federal, estatal y local, asegurando el cumplimiento en todos los procesos de nómina.
- Preparar y presentar declaraciones fiscales de nómina, incluyendo informes trimestrales y anuales, de acuerdo con los requisitos regulatorios.
- Generar informes relacionados con la nómina según sea necesario para auditorías internas, revisión de la gerencia o propósitos regulatorios.

Soporte a Empleados:
- Servir como el punto de contacto principal para consultas de empleados relacionadas con asuntos de nómina, proporcionando respuestas oportunas y precisas.
- Asistir a los empleados con problemas relacionados con la nómina, como la comprensión de recibos de pago, resolución de discrepancias y actualización de información personal.
- Educar a los empleados sobre los procesos de nómina, incluyendo procedimientos de control de tiempo, opciones de retención de impuestos y configuración de depósito directo.

Mantenimiento y Optimización del Sistema:
- Colaborar con los equipos de TI y RRHH para mantener y optimizar la funcionalidad del software Paycom para satisfacer las necesidades cambiantes de nómina de la organización.
- Identificar oportunidades para mejoras de procesos y automatización dentro del sistema de nómina para aumentar la eficiencia y precisión.
- Realizar auditorías regulares de los datos de nómina para asegurar la integridad de los datos e identificar áreas de corrección o mejora.

Calificaciones:
- Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado preferido.
- Experiencia comprobada (2-3 años) en administración de nómina, preferiblemente en un entorno de múltiples entidades.
- Dominio en el uso de Paycom o sistemas de software de nómina similares.
- Sólido entendimiento del procesamiento de nómina, regulaciones fiscales y requisitos de cumplimiento.
- Excelente atención al detalle y precisión en la entrada de datos y cálculos.
- Capacidad para priorizar tareas de manera efectiva y trabajar de manera eficiente bajo presión para cumplir con plazos ajustados.
- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación excepcionales para interactuar con empleados y partes interesadas.
