As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Generating and analyzing time management reports.
- Conducting data entry and reconciling timecards.
- Assisting in the preparation of computerized payroll.
- Maintaining comprehensive payroll records.
Collaboration with the Human Resources team is essential, particularly in areas such as employee leaves, terminations, and verifying the accuracy of data entries.
In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Controller, closely coordinating with both the Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure:
- Accurate data entry.
- Proper allocation of costs.
- General ledger reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in computerized payroll processing.
- Familiarity with payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Proficient in payroll input, processing, reporting, reconciliation, and benefits management.
- Experience with ADP payroll software is preferred.
- Strong ability to learn complex procedures.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Payroll Certification is a plus.
