You will serve as the primary resource for payroll-related questions and will guarantee the precision, compliance, and effectiveness of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Oversight: Manage and execute payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy, punctuality, and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure payroll and benefits initiatives comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Data Reporting: Produce and evaluate payroll reports for management, offering insights for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Software Expertise: Proficient in UKG, ADP Workforce Now, or similar payroll platforms.
