As a Senior Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will take charge of managing and supervising the complete range of payroll functions and employee benefit schemes. You will serve as the primary resource for payroll-related questions and will guarantee the precision, compliance, and effectiveness of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Oversight: Manage and execute payroll for all staff, ensuring accuracy, punctuality, and adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Management: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.

  • Software Expertise: Proficient in UKG, ADP Workforce Now, or similar payroll platforms.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex payroll and benefits information to employees.
