Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Villas of Holly Brook. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the Wellness Director to develop and implement resident care plans, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care.

About the Role

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, assessing clinical conditions, and assisting with activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with the Wellness Director to develop and implement resident care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with scheduling and staffing of caregivers.

  • Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
