About You

We're looking for a skilled Primary Care Physician who meets the following qualifications:

  • Physician licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois
  • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois to prescribe
  • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
  • Able to obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges
  • Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
  • Meets all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage

Preferred qualifications include demonstrating knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of our patients served.
