Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Nurse Residency Program Coordinator will play a key role in the development and implementation of our nurse residency program. This program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in our fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating program activities, including orientation, training, and mentoring. They will also work closely with our nursing leadership team to ensure that program goals and objectives are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Current RN license in good standing
- Previous experience in a hospital setting or dialysis environment preferred
