North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Float Level II for a nursing job in Gilmore Amory, Mississippi.
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a Float Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments and units, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe, quality patient care and document accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all NMHS policies and requirements as directed by the Nurse Manager and Educator.
- Participate in patient/family education and act as a resource for existing staff and new employees.
- Maintain communication with multidisciplinary team members to provide holistic care to the patient.
- Attend daily huddles on each unit to ensure proper assignments and identify team members for the shift.
- Licensed by the board of Nursing for the state.
- Complies with regulatory and accrediting agency requirements.
