North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Float Level II. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to work in our Float Pool, providing care to patients across various units. As a Float Level II, you will have the opportunity to work in different areas of the hospital, developing your skills and expertise in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe, quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to NMHS policies and requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care to patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in education and training programs to maintain competency and stay up-to-date with changing trends in nursing practice.
- Comply with regulatory and accrediting agency requirements, maintaining licensure and certification as a Registered Nurse.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Mississippi.
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a Float Pool or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
