Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and families. Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Mississippi.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (dependent on hiring department).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
