Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at North Mississippi Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing; required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Mississippi; required
  • Certified with American Heart Association (AHA) in CPR ACLS, PALS and TNCC
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in circulating nurse role; preferred
  • Completion of Nursing Orientation (3 to 6 months); required
