Business Development Center Representative

Gerald Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a BDC Representative, you will be responsible for increasing sales traffic by responding to leads, making outbound sales calls, emails, and texts to engage customers who are in the market, and creating new sales opportunities with past customers. The main goal is to drive showroom traffic and create opportunities for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to designated internet leads
- Make outbound sales calls, emails, and texts
- Set appointments, follow up, and confirm
- Remain up to date on certifications
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
- Track Individual Performance
