Territory Sales Representative

At Ole Mexican Foods, INC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the Northern Colorado territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with sales drivers, store managers, and key customer decision makers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that company drivers understand sales expectations and communicate effectively with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage prospects, and acquire new customers to drive revenue growth.
- Travel to customers and potential customers to provide product information, support, and training to secure and maintain business.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Manage assigned company-generated leads and follow up on sales activities to ensure timely communication with customers and management.
- Attend grand openings, store anniversaries, and other sales-related events to build relationships and drive sales growth.
- Review and address Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports to ensure timely resolution and minimize losses.
- Use effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple customers, and meet sales targets.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales targets and customer needs.
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized vehicle and adhere to all safety measures, including wearing a back brace support while lifting cases.
- Must have a valid driver's license, full coverage auto insurance, and a clean MVR record.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, sales drivers, and management through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Must have a strong understanding of basic computer functions, including downloading documents, email, internet, and Microsoft Word.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- 1+ years' experience in Retail or field-based sales role.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients.
- Ability to communicate timely with Management through phone or email.
- Experience using personal access to functional tools such as Smart phone or Smart pad and computer.
