Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at Signal of Eastern, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing daily site activities, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily site activities, including scheduling and time-off requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality of service.
  • Work closely with the Director to manage efficiency and ensure all on-site services run smoothly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance and improve processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
