Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Signal of Eastern, PA. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing, and managing the daily site activities of the assigned work by all Dedicated Officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director in managing efficiency and ensuring that all on-site services run smoothly and effectively.
  • Coordinate and manage daily tasks and efficiently deliver services that meet the needs of the business.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Monitor and maintain company policies, procedures, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with Clients, team members, and management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to established procedures and identify and solve problems.
