Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Operations Coordinator to join our team at St. Luke's Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical practice, ensuring efficient delivery of quality care and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate operational and administrative tasks, including workflow execution, employee collaboration, and patient experience.
  • Act as a liaison between providers, practice employees, and Access Center POD team members to ensure successful practice operation.
  • Supplement Practice Operations leader to provide onsite oversight of processes and employee collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and support continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure operational readiness for clinical and clerical operations, including updating employee schedules and maintaining supply inventory.
  • Serve as a point of escalation and facilitate resolution for operational, technological, patient, and personnel issues.
  • Support new hire orientation, provide ongoing training, and timely performance feedback to employees.
  • Partner with Practice Operations leader to provide input into employees' annual performance evaluations.
  • Support education of staff and providers regarding operational, technology, procedural, and policy changes.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two or more years of healthcare experience required.
  • Experience in a medical practice operations role preferred.
