Aware Recovery Care offers a comprehensive, year-long addiction treatment program that prioritizes client-centered care in the comfort of their homes. Our innovative approach redefines how clients receive support during their recovery journey.
Role Summary
The Clinical Outreach Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community health organizations to facilitate client referrals. This position serves as the primary liaison for all healthcare and psychiatric partners within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of ARC's treatment philosophy, program details, and admissions criteria.
- Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, as well as phone and email outreach to potential referral sources.
- Strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate new relationships through networking and outreach efforts.
- Participate in professional conferences and networking events to promote Aware Recovery Care's services.
- Educate industry professionals and the community about our programs and qualified medical staff.
- Verify health insurance coverage and eligibility using electronic systems.
- Collaborate with treatment teams to develop tailored care plans based on client needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and EHR (Sigmund) software effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, referrals, and client interactions.
- Stay informed about medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and related resources.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Contribute to business operations and participate in weekly marketing meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the addiction treatment or mental health field is preferred.
- Relevant licensure (RN, LMSW, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and attend events during evenings and weekends.
