Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Sales Support
    • Provide best-in-class service to our customers and distributors, including sales support, pricing, PO processing, and order status updates.
    • Act as the central point of contact for customers across all internal departments.
  • Manage Inbound Sales Inquiries
    • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
    • Utilize our CRM system to record pricing and customer interactions, add new customers and companies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop Strong Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers over time.
    • Position our company as a trusted long-term business partner.
  • Support Revenue-Driving Outreach Efforts
    • Support sales teams in developing business and expanding outreach in domestic and international markets.
    • Negotiate sales offers, including pricing, payment and shipping terms, allowances, and volume deals.
  • Support Business Operations
    • Assist in disseminating product samples and marketing materials to customers.
    • Support efforts at trade shows, seminars, and events to prospect potential customers and solidify relationships with current customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Results-driven orientation with high energy.
  • Demonstrated customer service/selling, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Conscientiousness and ability to track and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Extroversion and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong computer aptitude with the ability to use spreadsheet, email, and word-processing software effectively.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships in the workplace.
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a sales or customer service-related role.
  • Experience working with international customers/vendors/distributors/team members is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in ingredient or material sales in the nutritional and dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, consumer packaged goods, beauty, personal care, or cosmetics industries.
  • Experience utilizing CRM and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft-based software, including MS Teams and Outlook.
  • Ability to write and speak other languages is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

$55,000 per year, plus benefits including paid vacation time, medical insurance, and a company-matched 401(K) plan.
