ARC provides a comprehensive, year-long addiction treatment program that emphasizes a holistic approach to recovery. Our mission is to transform the way clients receive care by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Role Summary

The Clinical Outreach Manager plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships for client referrals across various sectors, including hospitals, primary care, psychiatric facilities, and community health organizations. This position is crucial for promoting ARC's unique In-Home Addiction Treatment methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate a deep understanding of ARC's treatment philosophy, program details, and admissions criteria.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings, along with phone and email outreach to potential medical and psychiatric referral sources.
  • Enhance existing partnerships with medical and psychiatric referral sources while developing new connections through networking and outreach efforts.
  • Participate in professional conferences, seminars, and networking events to advocate for Aware Recovery Care and engage with potential referral sources.
  • Educate industry professionals and the community about Aware's services, curriculum, and qualifications of our medical and clinical staff.
  • Verify health insurance coverage and eligibility using electronic verification systems.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning, establishing goals and care teams based on client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including the Release of Information and Grievance and Appeals procedures.
  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and EHR (Sigmund) software proficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, clients, providers, and referrals using Salesforce.
  • Stay informed about medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and related topics.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their families throughout the treatment process.
  • Support business operations and participate in weekly marketing meetings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the addiction treatment or mental health field is preferred.
  • RN, LMSW licensure, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and attend events during evenings and weekends.

  • Possesses knowledge of the disease model of addiction and recovery, including Aware's programs and operations.

  • Possesses professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
