Key Responsibilities:
- Elevate the School's profile through strategic outreach initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Oversee the development of high-quality public-facing materials, including reports and promotional content.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue high-impact programming opportunities that enhance the School's reputation.
- Manage the planning and execution of awards and recognition programs for faculty and students.
- Lead Fine Arts initiatives by curating exhibitions and organizing performances that reflect the School's mission.
- Work with the Office of Public Affairs to amplify the School's achievements in major media outlets.
- Develop and implement graphic identity and editorial standards to ensure consistency across all communications.
- Supervise a team dedicated to innovating outreach strategies to engage existing and new audiences.
- Support fundraising initiatives by collaborating with the Senior Director for Engagement on high-profile events.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make data-informed decisions.

- Recruit and train student teams to assist in content creation and design for outreach materials.
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field, combined with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a similar domain.
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to innovate and lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating content for various platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and inspire collective success.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and understanding cultural differences.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree in a relevant field and five years of experience in media or public relations, with international exposure being an asset.
Work Hours:
Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
