The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience in a technical or field service environment and possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
  • Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers and HR to administer corrective actions and improve team performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in biohazard remediation, construction, mitigation, restoration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical or field service environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership in high-stress scenarios.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.

Compensation:

A competitive salary range of $40-44 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, flexible schedules, paid training, uniforms provided, and career growth opportunities.
