Position Overview:
BCforward is seeking a dedicated Senior Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary:
This position serves as a temporary replacement for a team member on maternity leave, responsible for managing a portfolio of partnerships and collaborating with internal development managers to execute agreed-upon marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Purpose: The primary focus of this role is to ensure seamless communication and execution of marketing plans with partners.
  • Project Management: Engage in a blend of strategic planning, execution, and operational oversight, akin to project management.
  • Daily Activities:
    • Project Management and Execution: This will constitute a significant portion of your responsibilities, including managing webinars, coordinating with various teams, scheduling events, and collaborating on content development with subject matter experts.
    • Strategic Initiatives: Involvement in strategy-related tasks, including both internal and external meetings.
    • Meetings: Allocate time for both internal and external discussions.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, process purchase orders, and review execution proofs, which may account for a portion of your responsibilities.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Portfolio: Candidates are encouraged to provide work samples, though this is optional.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.

Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably with partner experience.
  • 4+ years in project management, marketing planning, and execution.
  • 5+ years in budget management and operational experience.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including campaign development and solution launch plans.
  • Create compelling messaging and marketing content, including offers and joint promotional activities.
  • Align marketing plans with partner objectives to drive measurable impact.
  • Establish KPIs and OKRs to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop scalable go-to-market programs to enhance partner engagement.
  • Utilize industry expertise to provide valuable insights and guidance to partners.
