Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of high-level strategies aimed at engaging with content creators to showcase Nintendo products and initiatives.
- Manage calendars, including team and project timelines.
- Oversee relationships with external partners and agencies for both short- and long-term marketing campaigns.
- Respond to internal requests, including influencer vetting and content approval processes.
- Implement various marketing materials, including strategic campaign plans, and coordinate the distribution of relevant game assets to influencer partners.
- Assist in product launch campaigns and enhance the Nintendo brand through influencer activations, focusing on increasing consumer engagement and conversation.
- Monitor community discussions and evaluate content performance as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on social media and influencer marketing activities to senior leadership and executive management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on content marketing, social media execution, and product messaging, while exploring ways to leverage influencers for brand awareness and advocacy.
- Act as an influencer marketing expert, staying updated on best practices and industry trends.
- Maintain Nintendo of America’s influencer management standards and policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or consumer marketing, with a focus on social media.
- Strong knowledge of strategic influencer marketing and public relations practices.
- Intermediate understanding of various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Tumblr.
- Experience in event planning and management.
- Proven ability to grow and engage an audience or community.
- Familiarity with web analytics and social media management tools.
- Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capability in identifying quality social media content.
- Cross-functional marketing experience in PR, Advertising, CRM, Retail, and Social Media.
- Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. This position is hybrid and requires regular onsite work.
This contract position offers a competitive hourly wage and is eligible for various benefits through the employing agency.
