Key Responsibilities:
1. Unite, inform, equip, and empower essential stakeholders across the organization by aligning all partnerships and initiatives with the partner's strategic goals, ensuring consistent execution.
2. Develop strategies and processes to enhance coherence in partnership activities, aiming for more effective and unified outcomes.
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Microsoft to centralize initiatives that bolster and enhance partner relationships, including but not limited to the creation of workshops and go-to-market programs.
4. Manage communications and orchestrate efforts, serving as the primary liaison between business development partnerships and various departments.
5. Develop and oversee an integrated rhythm of business for cross-organizational alignment, including newsletters, key communication programs, business alignment meetings, and dashboards.
6. Streamline operations management to optimize processes and oversee operational tasks across the partnership team.
7. Implement change management frameworks that outline essential steps, procedures, and best practices necessary for driving updates and maintaining clarity in evolving environments.
8. Explore innovative partnership models to identify opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.
9. Engage in discussions and planning to shape the future of the partnership.

Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, Liberal Arts, Sciences, or a related field AND 4+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., investment banking, consulting, finance, marketing, corporate strategy, sales, venture capital, legal, business development, product management, project management, software development, or a related field).
Preferred:A growth mindset with a continuous learning approach and a passion for helping others succeed.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage with diverse groups across multiple organizational levels.
Creative problem-solving and analytical skills to derive insights and understand root causes, combined with a sense of urgency to develop solutions and experience in delivering strategic and transformational programs.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Adept at cross-organizational alignment and capable of inspiring and motivating teams to engage in and support continuous improvements.
Expertise in change management to systematically drive updates and maintain clarity in evolving environments.
Compensation:
Business Program Management IC - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations.
Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
