Are you a seasoned Marketing Project/Program Manager eager to make an impact? Talent Software Services is seeking a qualified candidate for a pivotal role in managing marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with various business units to guide a program from conception to execution.
  • Provide ongoing support in overseeing the completion of project tasks, activities, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Establish, uphold, and manage project requirements, schedules, issues, risks, and challenges.
  • Assist business leaders in steering significant programs or multiple projects.
  • Partner closely with program/process leaders to pinpoint business transformations and foster agreement necessary for a feasible change strategy.
  • Oversee extensive programs and intricate projects involving numerous stakeholders with differing priorities and agendas.
  • Direct large, cross-departmental project teams towards defined and scheduled objectives.
  • Engage with senior leadership as needed to relay project goals, strategies, tactics, and progress updates.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills across all levels, including executive management, experience collaborating with external vendors, strong project management capabilities, leadership qualities, and proven experience in managing extensive sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline with over 5 years of program management experience.
  • PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in readiness and onboarding processes | 3 years.
  • Background in marketing project management | 3 years.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills | 3 years.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal relations.
  • Basic ability to work autonomously and manage personal time effectively.
  • Fundamental understanding of production processes, quality assurance, costs, and techniques for optimizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of products.
  • Basic knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methodologies.
  • Familiarity with software applications such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
