  • Oversee extensive programs and intricate projects involving various parties/organizations with differing agendas and business priorities.
  • Direct large, cross-departmental project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.
  • Engage with senior leadership as needed to convey project objectives, strategies, tactics, and ongoing progress.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills across all levels (including executive level), experience working with external vendors, strong project management capabilities, strong leadership qualities, and proven experience managing large-scale sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline with over 5 years of program management experience.
  • PMI or PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in readiness and onboarding | 3 years.
  • Experience in marketing project management | 3 years.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills | 3 years.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
  • Fundamental knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for optimizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Basic understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Basic proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.
