Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Strategist to lead our innovative online experiences that enhance our post-sale monetization strategies. This role will focus on:
  • Realms: A personal server subscription service that allows friends to engage in a persistent world across various platforms.
  • Marketplace Pass: A subscription offering that provides a regularly updated catalog of content, including add-ons and skin packs.
  • Multiplayer & Servers: Advancing our multiplayer offerings to compete effectively in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee product branding, positioning, and comprehensive marketing strategies for Realms, Marketplace Pass, and other online services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and creative departments, to formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for significant content updates and subscription services.
  • Manage and implement marketing initiatives for subscription service updates, aimed at boosting acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Work closely with the Business Owner of Realms Plus and Marketplace Pass to identify marketing opportunities that reduce churn and enhance subscriber engagement.
  • Coordinate with media teams to create paid advertising campaigns that promote ongoing acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Partner with the Player Lifecycle Management team to develop in-game communications that foster player retention and engagement with our subscription services.
  • Maintain relationships with mobile and console platform partners to explore promotional opportunities and ensure alignment on key marketing initiatives.
