Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Marketing Leader to spearhead the growth and oversight of Kuiper's social media platforms in alignment with our corporate objectives. This individual will be responsible for making strategic content decisions, shaping long-term strategies, orchestrating pre-planned campaigns, and managing daily editorial tasks.
This position will also play a crucial role in the innovation of new product features and tools tailored for social marketing and analytics. The successful candidate will take charge of the content strategy, execution, and evaluation for all existing social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, while also considering emerging platforms like Threads and X.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement growth strategies for new social media channels.
- Lead the strategy for creator content to enhance brand engagement.
- Formulate and execute social media, influencer, and digital communication strategies that align with business priorities.
- Manage creative and influencer agencies to design and execute impactful campaigns.
- Support brand marketing initiatives with a creator strategy for various campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Analyze and report on social channel performance to measure campaign effectiveness and drive insights for future initiatives.
- Establish an experimentation calendar to test and refine editorial strategies.
- Collaborate with platform partners to leverage the latest product features and best practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the telecom, cable, or satellite sectors. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience is required. Candidates should have a robust understanding of global social media management and digital content production.
