As the Commercial Lines Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional insurance solutions, and propelling the organization towards growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Support:
Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.

Primary Contact:
Serve as the main liaison for client inquiries, policy modifications, and claims assistance.

Sales Opportunities:
Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to current clients.

Relationship Management:
Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their insurance requirements and delivering customized solutions.

Industry Awareness:
Stay informed about industry developments and changes in insurance regulations.

Portfolio Management:
Effectively oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are adequately addressed.

Client Reviews:
Conduct regular reviews with clients to evaluate their changing needs and propose proactive solutions.

Policy Renewals:
Manage policy renewals and implement necessary adjustments as required.

Collaboration:
Work closely with underwriters and team members to guarantee client satisfaction and policy precision.

Documentation:
Maintain precise client records and documentation for effective management.
Your Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in managing commercial lines.

Familiarity with AMS360 or Epic is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills are essential.

Insurance experience is mandatory.

Possession of a CA P&C license is required.
