About the Role:

The Branch Director is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Home Health branch. This individual will be accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and branch performance.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish branch revenue and budget goals.
  • Conduct continuous quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction data reviews.
  • Communicate with the Area Director of Operations for direction, problem-solving, and implementation of programs and protocols.
  • Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice.
  • Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff.
  • Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Fiscal management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • EMR proficiency, prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
