We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of client service specialists, managing branch operations, and driving sales and service goals. They will also be responsible for ensuring the branch is operationally sound, providing guidance and training to the team, and resolving conflicts with minimal help.
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $26.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
