Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with customers and our service team.
  • Effectively communicate with customers to determine RV repair or maintenance needs, providing clear and concise explanations of required work.
  • Submit repair orders, outlining detailed descriptions of repairs and/or maintenance required.
  • Assist customers in recommending additional products and services that enhance their RV experience.
  • Clearly explain technical issues to customers, outlining repair options and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Experience with RV or automotive service writing is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, complete tasks efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license.
