About the Role

As a vital member of our team at General RV Center, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Our company has a rich history of growth and success since its inception in 1962, driven by our commitment to family values and the RV lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and provide them with necessary assistance.
  • Manage incoming service inquiries and route them to the appropriate personnel. Provide customers with essential information regarding company operations and address general inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining the daily Service Log for accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and facilitate vehicle pick-up arrangements.
  • Monitor parts orders and keep Service Advisors informed about their status.
  • Organize service work orders and receipts for efficient processing.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by Service management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Skilled in multitasking and completing tasks in a timely manner.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic; maintaining a professional appearance is important.
