Role Objective: We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Electrical Foreman with at least 5 years of experience to oversee substantial projects, primarily in the commercial sector.

  • Minimum of 5 years in an electrician or supervisory role
  • Proficient in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations, with a focus on quality
  • Capability to interpret and work from blueprints and specifications
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills for customer-related issues
  • Familiarity with technology and daily installation inspections
  • Understanding of change orders, construction plans, and installation guidelines
  • Proven ability to plan and execute projects effectively
  • Familiarity with contract documents
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Professional demeanor to represent Veracity Electric LLC positively
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate certifications
  • Electrical license preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company and OSHA safety standards
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet or exceed NEC and local requirements
  • Oversee the installation of electrical systems for commercial and multifamily projects
  • Execute projects according to specifications and contracts
  • Work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Promote a positive work culture
  • Safely utilize various electrical tools and equipment
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues

Mental Expectations:

Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities. Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues is essential, even in challenging situations. A strong commitment to safety practices is required, along with the ability to lead and manage tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an electrical role (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Electrical License (Preferred)
