Role Expectations: We are in search of a driven and skilled Electrical Foreman with at least five years of experience to oversee substantial projects, primarily in the commercial sector.

  • Minimum of 5 years in an electrician or supervisory capacity
  • Proficient in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations, with a focus on quality
  • Ability to interpret and execute work from blueprints and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and residential electrical systems
  • Experience in resolving customer issues effectively
  • Familiarity with technology and daily installation inspections
  • Understanding of change orders, construction plans, and installation manuals
  • Capable of planning and executing tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of contract documents
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Professional demeanor to represent Veracity Electric LLC positively
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate certifications
  • Electrical license preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company and OSHA safety standards; report violations promptly
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet or exceed NEC and local requirements
  • Install electrical systems for commercial and multifamily projects, including pipe bending and conduit installation
  • Execute projects as per contract specifications
  • Work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Promote a positive work culture
  • Safely utilize various electrical tools and equipment
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and operational; report issues as necessary

Mental Requirements:

Candidates should be self-motivated and adept at managing multiple tasks and changing priorities. Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues is essential, even in challenging situations. A strong commitment to safety protocols is required, along with the ability to lead and manage tasks efficiently.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an electrical role (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Electrical License (Preferred)
